Internet Service Contract

Rabbit Jet [or Rabbit Fast] Internet Service
Contract
This is an agreement between you, and Rabbit
Meadows Technology LLC, for the provision of
fixed wireless Internet service. The Internet
services to be provided under this Agreement
are subject to the terms and conditions of the
Rabbit Meadows Wireless USER AGREEMENT, which
is made part of this Agreement and is included
on the Rabbit Meadows Web Site. In
consideration for receiving High Speed Internet
services, you agree to subscribe to Rabbit Jet
[Rabbit Fast] Internet Service for 12
consecutive months totaling at service rate in
effect during that period. In the event your
Rabbit Fast Internet Service is disconnected or
discontinued from the required minimum before
the expiration of 12 consecutive months, you
agree that Rabbit Meadows Technology will
charge you a cancellation fee in the amount
of $200.
This fee will be waived for cancellations
within the first 30 days of service. However,
the installation and activation fees are not
refundable at anytime after the date of the
initial installation and activation. If the
service type is changed prior to the 12 month
period, you agree to be bound to the new
service for another 12 months at the time you
change service type. You acknowledge and agree
that Rabbit Meadows Technology is not extending
credit to you and that the cancellation fee is
not interest, a credit service fee, or a
finance charge. You further authorize Rabbit
Meadows Technology to report any payment
defaults to credit reporting agencies. Rabbit
Meadows Technology shall determine eligibility
in its sole and absolute discretion. All
prices, packages and services are subject to
change without notice. Signing this document
binds you to the terms of this Agreement. I
HEREBY ACKNOWLEDGE THAT I HAVE READ, UNDERSTAND
AND AGREE TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
